Our goal is to provide the opportunity for ANYONE regardless of their circumstance in life the opportunity to support the cause or causes of their choice. As a result of this, we have a number of ways in which you can help us to help charitable organizations nationwide.
Each method listed below in one way or another helps more than you could ever imagine. Some programs help more financially than others so as a result we have ranked the options in order as to which are the most financially advantageous to our partners (direct donations) as well as American Marketing in defraying the costs we incur to keep these programs free to the charitable entities.
We greatly thank you for considering assisting us in our mission to "touch the lives of everyone" in one way or another.
1. The purchase of a fragrance or a new magazine subscription within the charityfirst.org shopping cart in our online store creates the largest direct donation to the charity of your choice ($10 or more per ITEM purchased) which compared to other fundraising programs far surpasses the competition.
2. The purchase of a sponsorship within the charityfirst.org shopping cart in our online store. This sponsorship picks up ALL the costs that would normally be charged by the fundraising company to the nonprofit itself to use their service(s). We have various payment options available:
A: $25 lump sum payment pays for the entire year
B: (2) Semi-annual payments of $16 pays for the year
C: (4) Quarterly payments of $9 pays for the year.
In each case, once you have selected one of the above options for your selected charity, your charity can then direct potential customers to CHARITYFIRST.ORG and ALL purchases made in their name will result in that charity receiving ALL PROFITS from those sales thanks to your sponsorship. Your nonprofit will never be charged 1 penny by us, as you have so graciously picked up the cost of their participation in our program.
Additionally, with your sponsorship of 1 year, you will receive from American Marketing, membership in our "Plus 2 Wholesale Club" (Normal $250 value). In this program, you will receive quarterly from American Marketing your choice of our retail catalogs by email. In these selected catalogs, you may purchase ANYTHING within them for the following price:
Our Cost + Shipping + Sales Tax (when applicable) + $2 so in essence you can purchase anything we have at our cost plus a $2 order fee. This is a great opportunity to purchase gifts, personal items, etc. at great prices as our thank you for helping us to help others.
3. We ask individuals and businesses alike to contact us if you currently are receiving magazine subscriptions in your home, at work, as waiting room reading for your patients or clients at the office, etc.
We are authorized to process renewals in most cases as well as offering new magazine subscriptions. By having American Marketing process your magazine renewals, we will forward the profits from the renewal to your selected charity.
4. Restaurants can add their menus to our website. This program allows the restaurant to make available to viewers within their own community as well as nationwide the chance to ease the ordering process.
Additionally, this serves as a great resource to out of town guests who might be looking for a certain type of restaurant to visit. It also shows your community that your business looks to give back to others as this purchase includes the one year sponsorship of the charity selected by each restaurant.
5. We also have a program like #4 above for businesses other than restaurants that will work in same fashion by displaying vital business information, contact information, pricing, etc.
6. American Marketing will be donating the use of 46 Business Card Centers to various churches throughout the Chicagoland area. Within these centers, each church will have the opportunity to profit 100% on any businesses paying to have their business cards displayed within the center. In total, each center has 33 business card spots available in addition to the opportunity to display 3 brochures within the center as well. These brochure locations can add further income to each church
We ask for your help to keep this program a reality. American Marketing is looking to secure business and/or individual sponsorships for the outside of the centers. It is here where we will look to defray the costs of providing this program free of charge to all of the churches. We have a total of 5 (8 1/2 x 11) inch spots available per center at a cost of $25 per month.
This is a great advertising opportunity for any business. Included in this cost, you will also receive recognition in our partners section and listed next to the cause you are supporting in our list of current charitable causes.
Additionally, you can help by contacting one of the churches to fill any open spots within the 33 business card slots and 3 brochure slots. As stated earlier, all proceeds through the renting of these slots goes to the individual churches themselves. A majority of these churches are short handed already due to financial concerns, so if you can take the initiative and contact them for a spot it would really make their jobs easier. 7. Visit our online shopping mall located at www.sportsfansforcharity.org. We have a link to this page as well on the homepage of our shopping cart. This mall offers over 200,000 products of in many different categories. This site is run in cooperation with a major wholesaler so it does not provide a $10 donation per item as before in most cases.

8. Visit PrincipledRetailSolutions.com if you are a small-medium sized business in the Northwest Indiana/Chicago area.This is the management consultant business operated by Chris and Steve to supplement their income to be able to run American Marketing and the Charity First Foundation with ALL profits going to the charities selected by their customers. The two specialize in marketing management, optimization of customer satisfaction, detailed professional mystery shops completed by trained and experienced retail managers who have experience in multi-store management and inventory presentation.
If you are not a business or do not require their services, they would hope that you would pass on their information to a business who might require their services. A good recommendation from you could result in a satisfied client and in turn make the dream possible to keep their mission alive.
9. Refer them to your email list, friends, family, co workers, etc. This is the easiest way for them to find clients without going through the rigors of cold calling, mass mailing, etc. which are all very time consuming and take time, effort, and valuble funds away from the projects they have to help charities.
10. Add us to you MYSPACE, FACEBOOK, LINKED IN, etc. Every little bit of help we can get makes a huge difference. If they were to receive 1 penny from everyone who has a charity they would wish to help, they could fund their mission throughout the country and add a workforce to make their programs a household name.
