To add your business, restaurant, or website to the Charity First Card for free, please fill out the document below...be sure and let us know the special offer you will give our cardholders when they present the Charity First Card to you.

The offer is completely up to you, it could be something free, a % or dollar amount off, or anything else you can come up with. Even 1% off is something, so every business and every restaurant can participate without hurting your bottom line! We will then create your listing, and hopefully this will increase your business...while helping great causes raise money! If you have any questions, please let us know.
